Sean A. Wilson

Founder & Executive Director

Sean is a retired Army First Sergeant, combat Veteran, and Licensed Professional Counselor with five years of trauma informed chaplaincy. As Mayor of Waynesville and founder of WellSpring, he brings together lived military experience, clinical expertise, and civic leadership to address Veteran suicide at the community level.

Janice is a retired Army Sergeant First Class and combat Veteran with deep roots in the Waynesville community. She built prevention coalitions across eight counties as a grant funded prevention specialist, focusing on youth mental health in schools and communities.
