Stefanie serves as Treasurer on the WellSpring Board of Directors, bringing five years of behavioral health experience that spans clinical operations, substance use services, and program support at a local behavioral health clinic. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and is completing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, with professional interests in trauma, addiction, and suicide prevention. She is CAMS trained and is currently completing EMDR Basic Training. Stefanie is passionate about strengthening access to quality behavioral health services and supporting Veterans and their families through her service as Treasurer.

Donald Colemon

U.S. Army Veteran · Executive & Entrepreneur

Don is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel who served more than 21 years as a Signal Corps officer, and he leads with the integrity, accountability, and disciplined execution that career instilled in him. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gilgal Strategic Holdings, Inc., where through the operating brand Lagil Dynamics he directs work in information technology, cybersecurity, and mission support for government and commercial clients. He also founded Open Hands Counseling and Community Services, a 501(c)(3) that expands access to counseling, community education, and resource connection for individuals and families. Don approaches board service with a focus on sound governance and responsible stewardship, because he believes leadership is ultimately about serving people well and leaving communities stronger than he found them.

Steffen Weiss

U.S. Army Veteran · Senior Accountant

Steffen is a U.S. Army Veteran and two-time Iraq combat Veteran who served seven years on active duty, attaining the rank of Sergeant. Now a Senior Accountant, he brings military leadership, professional experience, and a personal commitment to supporting Veterans and their families. Having experienced the challenges of transitioning from military to civilian life, benefited firsthand from Veteran resources and counseling, and experienced the loss of fellow Veterans to suicide, Steffen understands the importance of community, connection, and accessible support. Drawing from his own journey, he hopes to connect with fellow Veterans and reinforce the message that military service is only one part of their story and that there is life, purpose, community, and hope beyond service.

Janice D. Wilson

Janice is a retired Army Sergeant First Class and combat Veteran with deep roots in the Waynesville community. She built prevention coalitions across eight counties as a grant funded prevention specialist, focusing on youth mental health in schools and communities.
