Dr. Connie D. Respress

Dr. Connie D. Respress is a retired U.S. Army Military Police Corps veteran who served more than 21 years in uniform, and she has served for more than 20 years as an Acquisition Program Manager for the United States Army. Ordained and licensed as an Evangelist in 2003, she has devoted her life to ministry that reaches prisons, hospitals, children's behavioral centers, elder care centers, churches, and communities, including years of service as Chaplain of Piney Ridge Adolescent Behavior Center in Waynesville. She holds an earned PhD in Theology and Biblical Counseling from Regent University, three master's degrees, and two bachelor's degrees, bringing the board a rare combination of military leadership, program management discipline, and biblical counseling expertise. At the heart of her service is a commitment to restoration, reconciliation, healing, and spiritual growth.

Donald Colemon

Don is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel who served more than 21 years as a Signal Corps officer, and he leads with the integrity, accountability, and disciplined execution that career instilled in him. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gilgal Strategic Holdings, Inc., where through the operating brand Lagil Dynamics he directs work in information technology, cybersecurity, and mission support for government and commercial clients. He also founded Open Hands Counseling and Community Services, a 501(c)(3) that expands access to counseling, community education, and resource connection for individuals and families. Don approaches board service with a focus on sound governance and responsible stewardship, because he believes leadership is ultimately about serving people well and leaving communities stronger than he found them.

Stefanie Rainwater

Treasurer

CADC · Behavioral Health Professional

Stefanie serves as Treasurer on the WellSpring Board of Directors, bringing five years of behavioral health experience that spans clinical operations, substance use services, and program support at a local behavioral health clinic. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and is completing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, with professional interests in trauma, addiction, and suicide prevention. She is CAMS trained and is currently completing EMDR Basic Training. Stefanie is passionate about strengthening access to quality behavioral health services and supporting Veterans and their families through her service as Treasurer.

Steffen Weiss

U.S. Army Veteran · Senior Accountant

Steffen is a U.S. Army Veteran and two-time Iraq combat Veteran who served seven years on active duty, attaining the rank of Sergeant. Now a Senior Accountant, he brings military leadership, professional experience, and a personal commitment to supporting Veterans and their families. Having experienced the challenges of transitioning from military to civilian life, benefited firsthand from Veteran resources and counseling, and experienced the loss of fellow Veterans to suicide, Steffen understands the importance of community, connection, and accessible support. Drawing from his own journey, he hopes to connect with fellow Veterans and reinforce the message that military service is only one part of their story and that there is life, purpose, community, and hope beyond service.

Janice D. Wilson

Board Member

MA, MPS, CPTS-I · EdS Candidate

Janice is a retired Army Sergeant First Class and combat Veteran with 20 years of active duty service, including a Desert Storm deployment. She spent a decade supporting Soldier and Family Readiness at Fort Leonard Wood and three years delivering substance use prevention training across an eight county service area, and she holds a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling in Military Resilience from Liberty University, where she is completing an Education Specialist degree in Community Care and Counseling. She serves the community as Vice President of the Pulaski County Library District Board, a Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow, a Missouri Prevention Specialist, and a civil mediator.
