The WellSpring Veteran and Family Resiliency Center is a Missouri 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Waynesville, Missouri. We work to prevent suicide, strengthen resilience, and support well-being for Veterans, their families, and at-risk community members.

What services does WellSpring provide?

WellSpring provides QPR suicide prevention training, the M.I.S.S.I.O.N. Pathway™ for military-to-civilian transition, clinical oversight of the Morning Anchor wellness app, court-recognized education courses, and mentoring for all ages. We also coordinate mental health screening, referral, and support services.

What is QPR training?

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, Refer. It is a SAMHSA-recognized gatekeeper training that teaches everyday people how to recognize the warning signs of suicide and connect someone in crisis to help. WellSpring's QPR Master Trainer has trained more than 350 community members.

WellSpring serves six Missouri counties surrounding Fort Leonard Wood: Pulaski, Phelps, Laclede, Miller, Camden, and Texas Counties. We are headquartered in Waynesville, Missouri.

Who can receive help from WellSpring?

WellSpring serves Veterans, military families, and at-risk civilians of all ages. You do not need a military connection to receive help, request training, or join our mentoring programs.
